Malting barley contract farming

For the safe supply of its brewing partners, Galldorf Zrt. distributes winter and spring malting barley varieties that are widespread on the market and popular with farmers. The seeds of the different barley varieties are produced with the help of our partners. When selling seed, we offer cultivation contract opportunities to our crop production partners, which also includes a protective barrier, minimizing the risk of our producers’ sales.

GMO-free soybean contract farming

Our company is a founding member of Hungarian Soybean Nonprofit Kft. established in 2012 and of Hungarian Soybean and Protein Plant Association established in 2016. We started our own seed production program to increase the sowing area of GMO-free soybean in Hungary. Our cooperating partner in the production of soybean seed is Lidea Hungary Kft., whose market-leading varieties are distributed by us with exclusive rights. Among these, very early (ES Comandor), early (ES Mentor, ES Tenor, ES Advisor) and middle (ES Mediator) varieties can be found equally, for which we are pleased to enter into a purchase contract at the moment of sowing because of their high protein and oil content.

 

 

GMO-free sorghum contract farming

In the field of grain sorghum contract farming for feed purposes, our cooperating partner is Lidea Hungary Kft., whose market-leading varieties are distributed by us with exclusive rights. Among these, early (ES Shamal) and middle (ES Alize) varieties can be found equally, which we offer to our crop production partners. Sorghum can replace maize in dry conditions, as its drought tolerance is outstanding. Moreover, its production cost is 30% less than that of maize. For our animals, we are pleased to enter into a purchase contract at the moment of sowing because of their high protein and oil content.

 

Contract pig farming

Agrogall Kft. is a member of our group, whose contract pig farming was launched in 2014. Its success is the result of excellent feed, world-class genetics and animal-focused care during fattening. Firstly, our excellent feed specialists know what pigs need, so they get the best quality feed. Secondly, the PIC-408 genetics provide our excellent production results. In addition to this, the love and dedication of our high-quality contract partners is a guarantee that we can profit from our excellent opportunities together. We deliver 50-70,000 fattening pigs per year to the farms of our partners. In the coming years we want to increase this number with the help of our new partners joining the integration.
