Quality assurance
Galldorf Group considers important the continuous training of its employees, the accident-free operation, the implementation and maintainance of different quality assurance systems. To achieve this, we need the joint effort of our employees and an excellent cooperation with our suppliers.
In recent years, the entirety of our production, contract farming, trade and delivery activities have been audited according to internationally recognized product safety systems. With this, the Group’s high-quality products have become an important part of Hungarian feed production and food chain. The parts of our quality assurance system and their implementation years are as follows:
- HACCP, ISO 9001:2005 certifications
- ISO 22000:2005 certification
- Donau Soja producer, trader, primary collector certifications
- GMP+ “B3” certification
- GMP+ “B2” and “B4” certifications
- ISCC-EU certification
The regular checking of the various raw materials, the products of the suppliers, and the end products are carried out in our own and in accredited domestic laboratories, thus ensuring all the legal requirements for identification and traceability.
An integral part of our feed and raw material laboratory is our own GMO lab, which can be used to identify GMO-containing batches of inbound raw materials and outbound end products. In addition to GMO control, the system is also suitable for rapid and accurate determination of the amount of different toxins (Aflatoxin, DON toxin, Zearalenone, Vomitoxin, T-1, T-2 toxins, etc.). Our own laboratory background consists of the latest FOSS machines, which are suitable for checking the quality of incoming raw materials, finished premixes, compound feeds and full-fat soya already during the production, before their delivery to our partners.
